SPIRIT THEME - TIE DYE PARKING - Available along the streets near the pool. Our parking lot is for Handicap, Officials, Coaches, and our VIP parking from our silent auction fundraiser. Additionally, there is no parking on the pool (east) side from the south gate to the first house (pool side only). This area will be blocked and flagged off. CRASH AREA - All swimmers, parents and spectators must sit on grassy areas on the outside the fence. Please make sure to bring tarps or blankets that you don't mind getting dirty as the crash area can be damp. Tents are welcome in the grassy area. We also recommend mosquito repellent. PLEASE STAY OFF THE LANDSCAPING, stacked plastic pool chairs and grassy area near smoking bench. SPECTATORS - Come in and watch your swimmer, then please make room for the next family. The north and south gates will be both an entrance and an exit, but should remain closed when not in use. A friendly reminder that no parents are allowed behind the blocks and NO ALCOHOL is all allowed on premises. CONCESSIONS - We will have walking tacos, pizza, drinks and snacks in the Cabana and Lilo’s Shaved Ice in the parking lot. Heat sheets, highlighters, and Sharpies will also be available for sale on the pool deck by the south gate for $1.00 each. |

Parents and family members are invited to cheer on their swimmer at these events. Rookies should arrive and get ready as usual. The coaches will give them lane assignments and take them to the starting end. Rookies will swim 4 timed 25 m swims. Rookie Assistant Coaches will be in the water to help swimmers as needed. |

We will be having our team tie-dye event after each practice at Brookings Pool. This is an OPTIONAL but fun team tradition. We use commercial grade dye and the colors stay bright for years! There is a materials fee of $3 per t-shirt and $6 for a towel or sweatshirt, payable in cash/check/venmo that day. You will bring your own items to dye, but many swimmers use the white team shirt from registration. |

End of Season Banquet Another incredible season is almost in the books and its time to celebrate the hard work that our Stingray swimmers, coaches and families have put in. Please join us at New Mark Brookings Pool and Clubhouse 9808 N Campbell Drive, Kansa City, MO 64155 Thursday July 13th at 6pm Schedule: 6pm-7pm-Enjoy dinner, dessert and fun swim! 7:15pm-8pm-Stingray Awards 8pm-9pm-Fun Swim **Parents** There will be a lifeguard on duty but please be mindful of your younger swimmers** Food: Your family has the option to preorder and prepay for Large 1 topping pizzas from Minsky’s for $15. Pizza will be available for pickup from the Minsky’s Food Truck at 6pm. Plates and napkins will be provided. Please use the link below to order by 7/8/23 @12pm. Drinks: Please bring your own non-alcoholic beverages. NO ALCOHOL is allowed. Dessert: KC Mobile Munchies Food Truck will be serving Philadelphia Water Ice. The team will provide each person with a ticket to redeem for a double scoop. Tickets will be picked up that evening. Please use this link to RSVP so that we have enough desserts available. Parking: Please park along the WEST side (poolside) of N Campbell only to allow for the continued flow of traffic. The parking lot will be reserved for our coaches and food trucks only. |
