Good morning and Happy Friday!

As we’ve reached the midway of our Summer swim season, our Board of Directors would like to thank you for your commitment and support of our Stingrays. In order to continue to grow and improve as a program, we need you. We are now making plans for next Summer, including NEW Board Members.

We are excited to announce that Laura Graybill, our current Vice President, has accepted the role of President for our Board. Laura brings swim knowledge as a former coach and current official and much passion for the sport and our team. She is ready to take the team to the next level and continue to successfully grow our program. Along with Laura, Suzie Gillespie will continue as our Treasurer and Ashley Taber will assist as our Volunteer Coordinator.

This is where you and your ideas come into play. This is your opportunity to volunteer as part of our Board of Directors. There are a number of spots available. You can be a first year parent or veteran volunteer. Either way, your fresh thinking and ideas could make our program stronger.

Below are the available volunteer positions:

• Vice President
• Secretary
• Volunteer Coordinator (Working alongside Ashley to learn the ropes)
• Northland Conference Representatives (3 spots available)
• Communication Director
