Hello and happy Sunday Stingray Families,

As we are gearing up for our first home meet this week, it’s time for job signups! Our first meet against Clayview is this Thursday, June 10th.

The deadline for these entries will be the Tuesday at 11:59pm before the meet. So for this week it will be June 8th at 11:59pm.

Things to remember: each family is required to work 5 job assignments in order for your swimmer to compete at conference. Each family can work a max of 2 events per swim meet. *Rookies are the exception to this as they are not required to work.*

Below are the instructions on how to sign up for jobs for the meet:

Log in to the website. Login is found in the upper right hand corner of the screen.

Under the Meets & Events tab, select "Event Calendar".

• Click Meets & Events>Event Calendar, then click on the green JOB SIGNUP tab, and then click the blue tab that says SIGN UP FOR JOBS under the parent name that will be working. Select the job you’d like to volunteer for and then click the blue box that says SAVE ASSIGNMENTS

There are 103 jobs available for a home meet, please plan to arrive 10 minutes early to shifts so that we are ready, in place and can start the meet on time.
