Stingray Practices, Meets, and In-Person Registration

We hope you are having a fantastic weekend. As we begin to prepare further for our swim season, you will begin to receive an email update each weekend with different topics. Today, we are providing initial information regarding practices, meets, and in-person registration. Mark those calendars!
Practices
As you have found on our new team website (www.newmarkswimteam.com), our practice schedule will begin on Tuesday, June 1st with our first practice. Below are the times for each age group. All practices will take place at the Willow Farms swimming pool - find address on our website.

The week prior to our first practice, our coaching staff will send out reminders and information as to what will be needed for the first few practices. We will practice Tuesday through Friday the first week as we do not have a swim meet. For the remaining weeks, the Stingrays will practice Monday - Thursday with an optional fun swim and instructional practice (more info to come) on Fridays.
Swim Meets
As you have also found on our website, our meet schedule is as follows below. Meets this year will return to our Thursday evenings along with one Tuesday night beginning each week at 6pm with warm-ups beginning around 4:45pm. We will be hosting meets with visiting teams as well as traveling to other pools. This is an exciting change from last year's virtual meet schedule.

Thursday, June 17th - New Mark at Kearney (location to be determined)
Thursday, June 24th - New Mark at Hills of Walden
Thursday, July 1st - Woodneath Farms at New Mark
Thursday, July 8th - Riss Lake at New Mark
Tuesday, July 13th - New Mark at Coves
July 19th, 20th, and 21st - Northland Conference Meet (more information to come as the Conference is still finalizing plans)
In-Person Registration
In-person registration will be held at New Mark Willow Farms pool on Tuesday, May 18th from 5:30pm to 7:00pm. You will be able to come to in-person registration to make your any final payments, meet our coaches, order swim caps, and we also will have a limited supply of goggles, bungees and swim equipment. Remember, our online spirit wear store will open until May 15th for ordering. Find the link on our website.
